In "Pig in the City," a farmer named Arthur Hoggett got injured, leaving his wife Esme to take care of the farm alone. They faced eviction unless they could pay the mortgage, so Esme took Babe to a sheepdog herding contest to win money. However, they missed their flight due to a misunderstanding at the airport.
They found accommodation at a hotel run by Miss Floom, where Babe met a group of chimpanzees and a civilized orangutan.
Babe became part of their clown actors to earn money. Meanwhile, Esme was arrested by a gang of hooligan bikers attempting to mug her while she was looking for Babe.
The next morning, Miss Floom’s uncle, Fugly went to the hospital in a food coma escorted by Miss Floom. Babe was in his room, hungry and waiting for Esme to return. So, chimps stole food from a store with Babe's help.Having flown to Metropolis, Babe’s Friend Ferdinand the Duck found Babe at the hotel.
Meanwhile, One of the chimpanzees gave birth to twins. Therefore, Babe and its friends Celebrated for this. However, The celebration was interrupted when several unfriendly animal control officers were summoned there by the Flooms' neighbor, Hortense, who disliked animals. Animal control officers were called to the hotel, and most of the animals were taken away. Babe, Ferdinand the Duck, a monkey named Tug, and a disabled Jack Russell terrier named Flealick infiltrated the animal control facility to rescue their friends. Esme retrieved the animals from a charity dinner.At last, Floom sold the hotel and used the money to save the farm. They all went back to the farm, where Arthur recovered and fixed the water pump. He proudly told Babe, "That'll do, Pig. That'll do."
This story shows courage, loyalty and compassion. It shows me that if you believe in yourself and work hard, everything is possible.
